Function Description

TGK CNC boring, skiving and roller burnishing machine has the smart and simple CNC operation system with high efficiency and stable performance, using environmental protection measures against oil splash and leakage.

It is mainly used for the compound process of boring and roller burnishing for hydraulic cylinder parts. The hole tolerance is up to IT7-8, the surface roughness is up to Ra0.2-0.4μm.

TGK series machines adopt Siemens 808 CNC system (optional), the headstock spindle is driven by AC variable frequency motor, with stepless speed regulating. The spindle uses the high precision bearing which has a high rotary precision. The feeding box uses AC servo motor with stepless speed regulation. The feed system adopts gear-rack transmission, which has the good rigidity and ensures the stable and accuracy feeding of the spindle box.

The bed body adopts high quality cast iron, the double rectangle flat guide way ensures the good rigidity and excellent guiding. And protection guard structure is equipped around. The special clamping device with hydraulic self-centering keeps the workpiece in a stable status during high-speed processing. The machine has the automatic chip conveyer, magnetic separator and paper filter. Filtering precision is up to 20μm. The coolant can be cleanly recycled and reutilized.

Note: If the customer’s workpiece is hot-rolled pipe, we can also install a headstock according to the customer’s needs, so that the workpiece and the tool can rotate at the same time.
