1.Overview of machine tool
1.1 Machining range of machine tool
Φ25~Φ1000mm, 1000~10000mm。
Machining diameter range: Φ 25~ Φ 1000mm, length 1000~10000mm.
1.2 Machine function and purpose
It is mainly used for fine honing various cylindrical deep-hole parts such as hydraulic cylinders, and various parts are used for precision honing of inner holes. The application range is very wide.
It can be honed as a whole or locally; During local honing, the taper, ovality and local hole diameter error of the machined part can be corrected.
The expansion and contraction of honing head are controlled by servo motor, which can realize accurate quantitative feed honing of honing head.
1.3 Oil supply mode of cutting tool: external oil injection.
1.4 Workpiece clamping
Place the workpiece on two sets of V-shaped workpiece jack and lock the workpiece with a pipe wrench and chain; The V-shaped jack can be adjusted manually to adapt to the clamping of workpieces with different diameters.
1.5 Main structure of machine tool
1.5.1 Main components of machine tool
Bed body, travel head with rotating honing rod, 2 sets of workpiece jack, vibration damper steady of honing rod, gear and rack, cooling system, PLC control system, electric box, etc.
1.5.2 CNC axis:
Reciprocating axis of cutting tool: the travel head with rotating honing rod moves longitudinally (the honing head moves reciprocally), and the servo motor drives the gear and rack mechanism through the reducer.
Feed axis of honing head: different from the traditional hydraulic control, the servo motor drives the rotating rod inside the honing rod to rotate it through the reduction mechanism, driving the rack on the honing head to move radially, thus accurately changing the diameter of the honing head.
1.5.3 Bed body
It is cast with high-quality cast iron, and after twice aging treatment, it can eliminate internal stress, stabilize structure and size, and improve mechanical properties.
The bed body is equipped with a square linear guide way, which is used for the reciprocating movement of the cutting tool to meet the requirements of honing for high-speed movement.
The rack is assembled in the bed for cutting tool feed transmission. The rack is processed and heat treated to ensure stable transmission.
An oil pan is installed around the bed.
1.5.4 Travel head with rotating honing rod
It is used to drive the honing head to rotate, and the rotating speed is stepless adjustable.
The servo motor drives the spindle to rotate through the gear reduction box, and the gear is precisely ground. The gear tooth surface is subject to high-frequency quenching treatment, and the tooth surface hardness is HRC48-52. In this way, the gear can obtain high strength, high hardness, high wear resistance and high fatigue limit, and can withstand relatively large alternating load and impact load.
The spindle is supported by the combination of cylindrical roller bearing and thrust ball bearing. The spindle has high accuracy and can withstand relatively large axial force and radial force.
In order to improve the service life of gears and bearings, lubricating oil lubrication is adopted.
1.5.5 Workpiece jack
Two sets of workpiece jack are used to support the workpiece.
The V-shaped structure control mode: the movement of the two bevel edges of the V-shaped through the front and back lead screws.
After the workpiece is placed on the jacks, use the chain to lock the workpiece manually.
A backing plate with anti-skid function is installed on the V-shaped beveled edge, which can effectively prevent the workpiece from rotating during processing.
1.5.6 Vibration damper steady of honing rod
Support the honing rod during processing and measurement.
1.5.7 Cooling system
Provide cooling lubricant for the cutting tool.
It is mainly composed of pump, paper filter, magnetic roller filter, oil tank, etc.
1.5.8 Lubrication system
The slide on guide way and rack for reciprocating movement of the travel head with rotating honing rod are automatically lubricated through the automatic lubrication station, and there is a liquid level alarm on the lubrication station.
The gear and bearing of the travel head with rotating honing rod are filled with lubricating mechanical oil, which is lubricated by the rotation of the gear.
1.5.9 Control system
PLC control.
The human-machine interface touch screen is adopted, on which the reciprocating speed, rotating speed and cutting tool feed rate can be set.
The operation station is installed on the bed, and the operation panel can be rotated manually to facilitate the operation of the machine tool.
The embedded electric box is installed inside the bed, and the electric box is equipped with exhaust fan.
