The expansion and contraction of the deep hole honing head of the traditional deep-hole honing machine tool in China is hydraulic expansion. This expansion method has the shortcoming of small expansion range, inaccurate expansion size, and slow expansion speed, resulting in low processing efficiency and poor processing accuracy of the honing machine equipped with this honing head. Compared with the international advanced Sunnen honing machine, the gap is large. Recently, through the great effort of our company's technical designers, we have successfully designed a honing head that uses servo motor to accurately control the expansion size. The expansion range is large and can achieve rapid expansion. The honing head is precisely designed, light in weight and effective in reducing the sag of the honing rod.
In order to match this advanced honing head, we have also redesigned and developed a new HM series of deep hole honing machine. HM series Sunnen type deep hole honing machine is mainly used for finishing the cylindrical inner hole surface of various hydraulic cylinders, steel pipes, etc. The aperture accuracy is above IT7, and the surface roughness is Ra0.2-0.4 μ m. The honing diameter for two different model is respectively 30-500mm and 80-1000mm, the Max. honing depth can reach 12000mm.
The honing head of the machine tool is driven by a servo motor and can be adjusted steplessly; The honing head reciprocates with rack structure to ensure the stability of the processing web wrinkle; For the repair of the taper hole, the precision honing process without spark machining is adopted; External oil inlet can clean the honing head in real time and improve the honing quality; Strong magnetic filter and paper bag filter to ensure the cleanness of honing oil; The machine tool can also honing through hole and step hole, with a wide range of applications.
