TJ type roller-adjustable rough
Comparing to the conventional boring head, the new type has the following advantage:
Guide by roller, with multi-point support and stable guide performance.
The point contact between the roller and the inner wall of the workpiece reduces the friction and prolongs the using life; more importantly, it avoids the trouble of replacing frequently the guide pad.
The productivity can be increased by double.
The size can be adjusted in the range of 5mm, it doesn’t need replacing any parts, so the operation is very convenient and time-saving.
The roller adopts the national standard, it is very easy to get at the reasonable price in the market, the using const is low.

T type adjustable boring head
This boring head adopts the internal double bearings, guide pad doesn’t rotate along with the tool. It has the least wear and the flexible turning tool. The size adjustment can be achieved by replacing guide stripe or increasing & reducing the shim. The size of cartridge can be adjusted in a certain range. It is very convenient and reliable.
TGG/TTG boring
This combined tool is highly efficient boring and roller burnishing head. Integrated with rough boring, fine boring and roller burnishing, the tool is connected with boring rod by rectangular thread. It has a high productivity for machining the be with uneven wall thickness in a large federate.

JT type special cartridge
